Luis Alarcon has 14 years of engineering and construction project management experience.
CP Group of Cos. a supplier of automated turnkey processing and sorting systems for single stream and dual stream MRFs headquartered in San Diego, has named Luis Alarcon its new director of project management.
Alarcon’s responsibilities will include directing CP Group’s project management and cross-departmental teams, working directly with customers to coordinate and execute project milestones. CP says that its project management team plays an important role in overseeing customers’ project lifespan from an early involvement during the sales process through final commissioning and training.

My main objective will be to coordinate our teams’ efforts to deliver the highest quality service and product to our customers on time and on budget.”

Alarcon formerly was vice president of AB Engineering and a consulting senior capital project manager at the San Diego Regional Airport Authority. He has an extension background in engineering and construction project management experience. Prior to joining CP Group, Alarcon managed a team of project managers, construction managers, project engineers, inspectors and project coordinators.
CP Group includes CP Manufacturing, MSS, Krause Manufacturing, IPS Balers and Advanced MRF.
